Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, sale, delivery, and handling of products through Attitude Spices, an initiative of Greyforce Industry Limited ("Company"). By placing an order through our website or direct sales desks, you agree to these commercial terms.
1. Product Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, product pack sizes, and promotional discounts at any time prior to order confirmation.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities based on stock availability, delivery address accessibility, or verification of payment details. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed promptly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across serviceable pin codes in India via reputed logistics partners. Estimated dispatch timelines are usually 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation. Delivery transit times range between 3 to 7 business days depending on location. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disruptions, courier logistics issues, or force majeure events.
4. Payment Terms
We accept online payments via secure gateways including UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and select wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online transactions are encrypted and processed by authorized payment providers.
5. Wholesale & Institutional Terms
Orders placed under B2B, Retail, HoReCa, or Institutional categories are subject to mutual commercial agreements, purchase orders, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and pre-agreed dispatch and credit terms.
